Meet the EVOLVE Founder
Hi, I’m Sarah Krieger — Organizational Psychologist and founder of EVOLVE.
I help organizations identify what’s really getting in the way of execution and performance, and translate that insight into targeted interventions that deliver measurable results. In parallel, I support individuals navigating significant career and life transitions with clarity and direction.
My work sits at the intersection of organizational effectiveness and human behavior, because what looks like a structural or performance problem is often driven by how decisions are made, how work is organized, and the unwritten rules that shape how things get done day-to-day.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve partnered with senior leaders and teams across multiple industries and 20+ countries to diagnose and resolve complex challenges related to execution, decision-making, and organizational performance.
Previously, I served as a Talent & Organizational Development executive, university instructor, and international speaker. Originally from the U.S., I’ve lived and worked in three European countries, and I bring a cross-cultural perspective to my work.
I founded EVOLVE to bring a more precise and practical approach to transformation — one that focuses first on understanding the real problem before applying solutions.
Whether working with organizations facing stalled progress or professionals navigating pivotal transitions, my focus is the same: identifying what matters, addressing it directly, and creating meaningful, lasting results.
