Meet the EVOLVE Founder

Hi, I’m Sarah Krieger — Organizational Psychologist, transformation advisor, and founder of EVOLVE.

I help organizations redesign work in the age of AI, and support individuals navigating transitions in times of disruptive change. My work sits at the intersection of organizational effectiveness and human decision-making — because real transformation only succeeds when strategy, structure, and people evolve together.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked with senior leaders and teams across multiple industries and 20+ countries to tackle complex workforce, operating model and decision-making challenges.

Previously, I served as a Talent & Organizational Development executive, university instructor, and international speaker. Originally from the U.S., I’ve lived and worked in three European countries.​

I founded EVOLVE to bring together two areas that are too often treated separately: organizational transformation and human transformation. Whether working with companies navigating restructuring, decision bottlenecks, or AI-driven change, or with professionals facing pivotal career or life transitions, my focus is always the same: helping people and organizations move from intention and planning to real results.
